Proprietary Tools: The material models, thermal analysis tools, stress analysis tools, and any related output generated by our Services are proprietary.
No Transfer of Rights: Using our Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.

2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended analytical purposes. You strictly agree NOT to:

3. Disclaimer of Warranties (Engineering Liability)

The analytical tools provided on Concretetherm, including but not limited to heat of hydration estimations, semi-adiabatic models, compressive strength models, elastic modulus calculations, and 3D transient thermal and stress modeling, are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Not a Substitute for Professional Judgment: Our Services do not replace the independent judgment, analysis, and seal of a licensed Professional Engineer.
"As Is" Basis: The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular construction project.
Verification Required: Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the output data and ensuring that any mass concrete mix design, insulation strategy, or formwork removal timing complies with applicable industry standards (e.g., ACI guidelines) and local building codes.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concretetherm and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to structural failure, thermal cracking, construction delays, material costs, or loss of profits resulting from reliance on the tools provided on this website.
